We do not collect precise GPS location, biometric identifiers, payment card numbers, or government identification numbers.

We use the collected information only for operating our grocery ordering and delivery service.
Order processing: To confirm, prepare, and deliver your orders
Authentication and security: OTP verification, fraud prevention, and account protection
Customer support: Responding to queries, complaints, and order-related issues

Operational Data Sharing
To deliver orders, limited order information is shared with assigned delivery personnel.
Shared data may include customer name, delivery address, contact number and order items
Delivery personnel can access this information only for order fulfillment
Delivery personnel are not permitted to store, reuse, or share customer data
This data is not used for advertising or marketing
Data Retention
We retain user account and order information only for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Users may request deletion of their data at any time from within the app or by contacting support.
Smart Assistant Feature
Our app includes a Smart Shopping Assistant that helps users search products, navigate the app, and perform shopping-related actions.
User messages are processed only to understand requests and provide relevant results
Assistant interactions are temporary and not used to personally identify users
We do not use assistant data for advertising, tracking, or profiling
Responses may be generated using automated processing systems or secure service providers only to provide requested functionality
Assistant conversations are not manually monitored for personal identification
Voice Input & Microphone Access
The app requests microphone permission only when the user actively chooses to use voice search inside the Smart Assistant.
Microphone access is used only to convert speech into text for product search
Audio is processed temporarily and is not recorded, stored, or saved by our servers
Voice processing may use secure system or third-party speech recognition services only to generate text
The microphone is never accessed in the background or without user interaction
Users can deny or revoke microphone permission anytime from device settings
Payment Security
All payments are processed through trusted third-party payment gateways. The app does not directly collect, store, or process card or banking details.
Payment information is handled only by the payment provider
We never store card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or bank credentials
Transactions are completed on secure pages controlled by the payment gateway
Currently supported payment providers include Razorpay and PhonePe.
Pincode & Service Availability
We request your pincode only to determine whether delivery service is available in your area.
Pincode may be entered manually or selected by the user
It is used only for service availability and delivery routing
We do not use precise GPS location tracking
This information is not used for advertising or profiling
User Rights & Data Deletion
Users have the right to access, update, or request deletion of their personal information.

Our app uses Google AdMob advertising services to support the platform and keep the service accessible to users.
Google may automatically process limited technical information such as device identifiers, IP address, and app interaction signals according to its own privacy policies. This processing is performed by Google independently.
